赵亮，博士，教授，硕士生导师、计算机学院副院长，CCF高级会员，CCF物联网专委会执委。辽宁省科技专家库专家，沈阳市中青年科技创新人才，沈阳市政府专家库专家。国自然函评专家、航空基金评审专家、英国QS世界大学排名评审专家。2014年来沈阳航空航天大学就职。曾就职于日立（中国）研究开发有限公司，任副主任研究员。2021年以来任印度Nirma University客座教授(Adjunct Professor)。多年以来一直从事车载网络、无人机组网、自动驾驶、智能交通相关工作。
学术成果：发表国际会议论文和学术期刊论文100余篇（一作36篇、非一作通讯作者32篇），其中SCI论文55篇（中科院1区21篇均为一作或通讯、2区19篇）、CCF推荐会议和期刊论文44篇（含7篇CCF-A、17篇CCF-B、21篇CCF-C），IEEE汇刊29篇，ESI高被引论文1篇，部分成果发表在领域内的顶级刊物和国际会议上，包括IEEE TPDS、IEEE TMC、IEEE TON、IEEE TWC、IEEE IOTJ、IEEE TII、IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE NETWORK、IEEE IPDPS, IEEE ICC等，并发表英文专著3部。第一作者《Vehicular Communications: Standardization and Open Issues》入选IEEE Communications Standards Magazine热点论文TOP 25 MOST POPULAR（至2020年2月已连续24个月）。此外，智能孪生车载网络的一作成果入选IEEE Network 2020, 入选杂志最受欢迎论文Most Popular Articles。申请发明专利和实用新型专利30余项，授权10余项。产业化转型获中国通信企业协会ICT中国（2021）“技术创新应用”案例奖。赵亮主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项（61701322）、辽宁省自然基金重点项目1项（20170540700）、辽宁省教育厅一般项目2项等10余项项目。获得国际会议最佳论文奖/优秀论文奖4次，国际会议突出贡献服务奖5次，并受邀在2nd International Forum on Aerospace and Aeronautics (Keynote)、 IEEE HPCC 2018、开放数据中心峰会 2020、EAI MONANI 2020、MLIS 2021国内外大型学术会议等做主题演讲（Invited Talk）。

教学情况：获2020年校优秀硕士研究生指导教师，指导研究生获得省优秀硕士、国奖；指导本科生国家级大学生创新创业项目3项，申请发明专利7项，指导学生获国家级、省部级奖项如全国电子商务三创赛、中国研究生数学建模竞赛等20余项；指导的本科生和研究生有良好的就业和升学出口，如百度、苏宁就业，或升入东北大学、复旦大学、电子科技大学、兰州大学等学校就读研究生，硕士升入电子科技大学、南京航空航天大学、东北大学读博等。
